
SHIPMENTS
Delivery is completely free to Italy by express courier for shipments over €150.00.
Shipping costs for the rest of Europe depend on the destination country, weight and by the volume of the order. Any customs clearance and other taxes related to the relevant country are always excluded.

DELIVERY TIME
Order preparation time.
* If items are in stock , orders received are processed within a few business days* of receiving the order.
* If items are made to order, shipping will take 10 to 15 business days* depending on processing.
Orders with payment by Bank Transfer will be processed as soon as the relevant credit is received.
All orders are shipped via our trusted express courier.
When the package is picked up by the express courier, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
From the time the shipment is entrusted to the courier, delivery normally takes 24/48 hours for northern Italy or 72/96 hours for southern Italy or the islands, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
BABY PETS does not take responsibility for any delays due to courier service.

* Working days: Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders may be delayed on holidays: January 1 and 6, Easter and Angel Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 24, 25 and 26.
WARNING:
The courier … makes two delivery attempts. In the event that the recipient is also not present at the second delivery attempt, or the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will NOT be possible to reschedule the delivery but will be required to hold the deposit. The recipient will receive a non-delivery notice left by the courier and must at his or her own care follow the instructions on sn the notice, within the days indicated. Upon the expiration of the time period indicated by the courier on the notice BABY PETS may charge you for any additional storage costs.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it or make changes to the order.
