METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay for your purchases with your preferred method available from the following:

You will not be charged third-party transaction fees. We accept major international payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc..
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
If you do not have a credit card, you can use an equally secure payment method, bank transfer

Don’t forget to indicate the order number in the reason for the transfer.
Bank transfer always takes 24/48 hours before it is notified. The order will be prepared only after the bank transfer is received.
NB: After 15 days after receipt of the order, in the absence of payment by bank transfer, BABY PETS will automatically cancel the purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without having to provide any reasons and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 56, paragraph 2, and Article 57.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN
Only the first return is free.
The request must be received within 14 days from the delivery date of your order
Use the downloadable return form here indicating which items you wish to return or specifying the size you wish to exchange.
The return request procedure is mandatory in order to receive a refund and must be done for each order.
Fill out and email the form above to our Customer Service Department.
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of order delivery and must be shipped within an additional 14 days.
NB: The purchased item must be returned in its entirety and undamaged, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and tags), must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must be in the same condition in which it was shipped. Products must be returned neatly folded and tidy, as they were received, with tags. In the event that the returned product shows any signs of use or will be returned in unsuitable condition the return will be refused and the product will not be returned.
Only items returned according to the return instructions above will be refunded.
PS: Please remember that items from different orders cannot be returned in one package. We are not responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address or lost by the courier.
